You had Daniel the store Manager Who uses his company card to pay for his vacation instead of making sure the store had air it was so hot it was ridiculous When working for the Ugg store it was very toxic You had Mel a sales associate and Michelle being one of the store managers all they do is talk/ gossip about everyone Daniel encourages the drama which made things worse There was someone new working every week Associates quit due to toxicity that went on in the store Once you speak up for yourself Daniel would make sure you’re hours got cut Word of advice Make sure you have a backup job like I did

No one ever answers the phone and when you shop at the store the employees are just hanging like they dont care. They ring you out with attitude.

I came in on Christmas Eve. The store closed at 6pm.I got there at 5:30pm and the store wouldn’t let me in - stating they were closed. Meanwhile there were other customers in there. They wanted to go home on early Christmas Eve, I get it. But I just drove from Manhattan to White plains! I paid a toll, wasted gas and paid for parking. That’s not fair to me! I tried calling for a manager and they wouldn’t call her, just bad customer service!

Great customer service. I admitted to being unable to buy and just checking on things and they still helped like champs to try and find me something that would fit my hard to fit huge feet. A choice even exists! Super excellent trip and will gladly shop again soon!
